Upon booking using the automated booking link, you will receive a link to manage your booking. You may cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.

• Make sure that all rooms are clean, and every furniture is in its place;
• Remove any personal items;
• Prepare the beds as it would welcome an important guest;
• Set the table with dishes and glasses or a beautiful vase;
• Clean up the exterior and cut the lawn.
• Clean the windows, open the curtains.
• Clean the swimming pool.

The client will also receive a google drive link, in which they can download the photos and upload them
according to their needs.

Photos are delivered same day, and most of our video projects are delivered on the same day, in some occasions we ask for next day delivery.

Once you secure an appointment, we will manually review it. Upon completion, you will receive a text message and an email containing a 50% deposit request.

You will also receive a special URL that provides access to all your appointments. Through this portal you can:
- Cancel appointments
- Reschedule appointments
- Make payments
- View upcoming and past bookings
- Access all deliverable files

We accept the following payment methods:
